Only tested on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 64-Bit.
It's broken on non-Chinese because the console is hardcoded to Chinese so you need to change Locale to Chinese (Simplified, Mainland China) in Win + R > intl.cpl > Administrative > Change system locale....
