Note for Programs:

Since Tweaking and pre-installing program is not possible, you can use this ISO to mount easily that I've included some useful stuff, or you can extract this ISO and copy to USB.

Fixing programs loads too slow in boot:

Run ngen.exe executeQueuedItems from C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework(64)\v4.0.30319\ to resolve slow loading. (Framework is for xp x86, x64 for Framework64)
