For 32Bit version of Windows 10 LTSB 2015, Windows Update is broken. Therefore you will not able to get other updates like Office or other Visual Studio updates. through WU. Same as WUMT (Windows Update MiniTool), also throws errors.
For LTSC 2023 (Version 23H2), you cannot update major updates like Cumulative Updates due of Modded LCU. You'll have to manually upgrade when every released Cumulative Updates.
Since Windows 11, Version 24H2, they enforced SSE4.2/POPCNT in Windows NT KERNEL level. See below for more.
For Version 21H2 (regardless LTSC or G), you can't change Account Profile Picture due of bug. you should use other method to change your profile picture.
Since Windows 11 Build 25095 (Version 24H2), they enforced SSE4.2/POPCNT in kernel level.

Practically, any Intel Core i3/i5/i7 from 2010 onward (Nehalem → Westmere → Sandy Bridge → newer) fully supports SSE4.2 and POPCNT.
AMD CPUs based on the K10 (“Barcelona”) family and newer — introduced in 2008.
Most Phenom II (2009), Athlon II, and all FX/Ryzen processors support these instructions.
All CPUs from 2009 and later are safe.
Older CPUs (such as Intel Core 2 Duo / Core 2 Quad / Athlon 64 / Opteron pre-K10) will not work with Windows 11 24H2+.

For versions 1903 and 22H2, they are functionally identical to 1909 and 23H2 respectively.
