ISOs are hosted under OneDrive for Business (OD4B, Microsoft SharePoint).

Repacked version of Parallels Tools

These repacks are full installers (extracted from the original .tar.gz packages and rebuilt into ISO format), useful for installing on Windows beta builds or as alternatives when official Parallels Tools fail to install.

Compatibility notes

Parallels Tools 17 is the last version that supports Windows 2000.
Parallels Tools 18 is the last version that supports Windows XP.
Parallels Tools 19 is the last version that supports Windows Vista to 8.1.

If Autorun doesn't work, please launch Autorun.exe (If the vm is x86/x64) or Autorun_arm64.exe (if the vm is ARM64) instead.

Even that also doesn't work, try launch Setup.exe (If the vm is x86/x64) or Setup_arm64.exe (if the vm is ARM64) instead.
