The problem
Sysprep has caused massive bug of this build where it causes sysprep failures.
This is a limitation for Insider Builds and not sure the solutions.
Therefore, you must bypass with registry commands. (Let it restart.)
Bypass the Setup
Bypass the Setup
Click OK on above screen and let it restart.
Don't press OK once this shows.
Press Shift+F10.
type BSP in new Command Prompt. (I've added batch script for easier bypass.)
Restart
Restart
Either click OK on error message or simply type shutdown -r -t 00 -f to restart.
Finish
Finish
Done! Now continue to setup.
